Caritas House of Prayer

Caritas House of Prayer is located at 185 South Road in Paget, East. People of all faiths are welcome to come on Wednesdays for quiet prayer and reflection between 10:30am to 7:00pm. In addition to providing a peaceful setting for prayer, there is the opportunity to share faith with others and to make use of the spiritual books and tapes that are available.

Theme: "The God who is Love" - The whole mystery  of God is summed up in these words: God is Love. This day, known as Spy Wednesday, is the prelude to our celebrating the Pascal Mysteries. Make the Sacred Triduum a time of special grace for you and yours. May God bless each and everyone of you with a new awareness of what Resurrection truly means.

Sisters of Charity 


Sister Judith Marie Rollo, SC was born on 10th January 1940 in
Boston, Massachusetts. She entered the Sisters of Charity of Halifax on 8th
October 1957 and took her first vows on 17th April 17 1960.

Sister Dolores Sullivan , SC was born on 26th June 1938 in Boston,
Massachusetts. She entered the Sisters of Charity of Halifax on 26th September
1956 and took her final vows on April 26, 1959.

The Sisters continue to minister to the sick and home-bound in Bermuda. They
also assist with the Religious Education Department of the Diocese and
substitute as teachers at our one Catholic School, Mount St. Agnes Academy,
from which they retired as principals in 2005.
